This policy explains which data VIMACEDO Cereais receives through the website, what it is used for, how long it is kept and how you can ask for it to be deleted.

Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you type into the website forms, and nothing else:

• Contact, sales representative and supplier forms — name, e-mail, phone, message and, when you attach one, the file sent. The partnership forms also collect tax ID (CNPJ), company, region, category of interest and tax regime.
• Job application — name, e-mail, phone, LinkedIn, message and the attached résumé.
• Newsletter — the e-mail address only.
• In all of them — the IP address the submission came from and the date, used to curb automated submissions and abuse.

What we use it for

To reply to you. A sales message becomes customer service; an application becomes a recruitment process; a newsletter sign-up becomes news you can cancel at any time. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Résumés and application data — 12 months from submission, after which they are deleted, file included.
• Form messages — for as long as needed for customer service and the commercial record.
• Newsletter — until you unsubscribe.

Where it is stored

On a server in Brazil, with access restricted to VIMACEDO's customer-service and HR staff. Résumés are never reachable through a public address: they can only be downloaded from inside the administration panel, after login.

Your rights

Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) entitles you to ask, at any time, for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything wrong, deletion, and withdrawal of the consent you gave. Just write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days.

Cookies

The website uses a session cookie only to make the forms and the administration panel work, plus one cookie that remembers your chosen language (Portuguese, English or Spanish). There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Changes that affect how your data is used will be communicated by e-mail to everyone registered.
